About The Artist
My name is Megan Staba, or Mega Mouse, and I am a self-taught eighteen-year-old artist from Texas. I have been drawing all my life, sketching characters from books, movies, and animes, as well as my own characters. I work mostly in graphite, prismacolour pencil, and digital mediums, and my style is inspired by Japanese manga and anime. You can find my art here under the Store category, as well as on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and DeviantArt.
While I only have prints, posters, and colouring books in this online store, I also have original sketches, buttons, magnets, and stickers available at events! Feel free to email me to order any of these things (they were difficult to add to the website, hehe).
Conventions & Faires, 2023
Unfortunately, I am often slow to update my website… please check my social media for announcements of additional events I might be vending at! Here are some ones I know for sure I will be at though.
Sherwood Forest Faire – A Robin Hood themed faire in Mc Dade Texas near Austin. My booth is across from Tomato Justice, and near the gypsy encampment. It will take place on weekends March 2nd through April 21st, and Friday March 15th.
Comicpalooza – It is the largest multi-fandom convention in the Southern United States, and is held in Houston Texas. 2024 dates: May 24th – 26th (Memorial Day Weekend).
Delta H Con – This will be my first time vending at this convention. I look forward to it! 2024 dates: July 12th – 14th.
Anime Matsuri – One of the biggest anime conventions in the United States, it is held in Houston Texas during the summer. 2024 dates: August 8th – 11th.
Anime Houston – Fourth year convention in Houston Texas. I will be creating the badge art this year! 2023 dates TBA.
Texas Renaissance Festival (TRF) – It is the largest renaissance festival in the United States, and it has been running for 49 years. This will be the 50th! My booth number is 650 CRB, just two spots over from my old location, you can find me near the falconry stage. 2024 dates: weekends October 12th through December 1st, and Thanksgiving Friday.
Anime Dallas – This is the first event I have attended in Dallas! It was lots of fun the last three years, there were many artists, vendors, and voice actors. I made their badge art the last two years and their program art three years ago! 2024 dates: November 29th – December 1st (Thanksgiving weekend).
